Hass anyone had any sucess with loan modification through EMC Mortgage Corp, and if so how?
Complaints include mishandling of funds, and not making payments
Be careful with these people – there are many companies in california ripping and scamming people to death with these loan modification programs.
Have you tried HOPENOW.COM – set up by the governement to force your bank to modify your loan to a payment you can afford.
Please don't get scammed.
Google the name of the company: EMC Mortgage Corp loan modification
after that type the word (s): complaint, scam, rip off
They have many complaints.
You need to read at least a few of them before doing business with them.
